Key findings

Rare.Monitor analysed 1,042 Republic of Ireland medical aesthetics clinics in May 2026. 444 (42.6%) name at least one medical-grade skincare brand on their public-facing website. Image International Manufacturing's Image Skincare leads with a 52.4% mention rate. Ten brands are ranked in the league; no manufacturer fields more than one brand in the top 10.

What this means

Image Skincare's lead is large enough that it is mentioned in more Republic of Ireland clinics than the four lowest-ranked brands in the league combined.
