UK headline figures use the locked cut taken at 15:19 UTC on 27 August 2026. Regional figures use the same filter in a separate cut at 16:41 UTC and total 41,883 locations, one fewer during an active classifier update. The regional shares use a matched denominator from the full approved UK estate. Fifty-nine MSK locations had no resolved ITL1 region. Republic of Ireland figures use one atomic read taken at 09:46:56 UTC on 28 August 2026: 12,846 tracked locations, 3,370 MSK locations, 3,301 verified physiotherapy locations and 13 distinct owners. That Irish cohort is thinly sourced, with 97% to 98% of records from Google Maps and only 13 owners resolved, so its share reads as category density in the tracked estate rather than patient demand, provider quality or market size.
