Key findings

Rare.Monitor audited 24,937 UK medical aesthetics clinics in April 2026. Three injectable treatments dominate the offering: 85.5% of clinics offer botulinum toxin, 70.9% offer dermal fillers, and 55.7% offer skin boosters. The treatment curve drops sharply after the injectable trio: body contouring sits at 38.1%, non-surgical skin tightening at 31.5%, and thread lifts at 25.2%.

What this means

Two-thirds of UK medical aesthetics clinics offer botulinum toxin and dermal fillers together. The injectable pairing is more commonly offered than either treatment is offered alone outside the pairing.
