Key findings

Rare.Monitor analysed the UK botulinum toxin provider base in March 2025. 40% of providers are based in high household income areas, against 32% in average-income areas and 28% in lower-income regions. 87% of providers sit in urban locations. London and the South East each hold 17% of the national provider base; together they account for 34% of UK botulinum toxin providers. 65% of providers are micro-businesses turning over less than £632,000 annually.
