Our Redefining Loyalty Report featuring on Marketing Week!
We started the project because we wanted answers: "we have so many loyalty cards / apps / email subscriptions and yet we don't use them or even hate them!" - there had to be something wrong as we know for a fact that companies invest a lot of money in them.
The whole team invested a lot of time and effort and it's great to see how amazing the response from the media, fellow marketers and retailers has been so far. Hopefully our insights will help more than one.
